September 3 6 PM FISH Dinner $3/person, $7/family
(Friday International Student Hospitality)Contrary to popular belief- FISH
dinners aren't about eating bass, or about sprinkling colored flakes over the top of an
aquarium. FISH dinners at MLC is an opportunity to taste foods and meet people from all
around the world!
September 12 Sunday School Rally Day!
We encourage all Sunday School students and their parents to attend 8:30 AM worship this
day. We will celebrate some milestones- like Kindergarten, learning to read, and entering
confirmation.
September 19 10 AM Piggy Bank Program
Sunday School students grades 3-8 will receive piggy banks and learn about parsing
money to spend, save and share. Parents of these students will attend a program to
learn about practicing stewardship with their families.
September 26 10 AM High School Youth Stewardship Program
High School youth will receive binders and learn about money management. Parents of
high school youth will attend a program to learn how to help teenagers develop practical
stewardship.
