Bible Studies
We offer an international Bible study on Tuesday at 11 AM.
Tuesday 11:00 AM – Basic Bible Study
For those who have advanced English, there are American Bible studies also available
Wednesday 11:15 AM – Women’s Bible Study
Thursday 1:00 PM – Men’s Bible Study

Friday International Student Hospitality
What is F.I.S.H. Dinner?
It’s a dinner served by internationals and sponsored by our International Student Ministry.
F.I.S.H. is a program the helps build relationships between internationals and our community; it is a service of hospitality and sharing. Dinner starts at 6:00 PM, and the cost is $4 per person or $9 for a family.

English Classes
Spring semester classes start on January 13 and run through May 16.
No classes March 17-21. All classes are in person. If Ames public school classes are cancelled for the day, there are no Memorial English classes. If Ames public school has a two hour delay in the morning , there are no morning classes.
The International Resource Center (IRC)
The IRC is located on the North side of Memorial Lutheran Church. It is the meeting place for many classes and groups. You are welcome to use this room at other times, as a quiet place to study, to meet with a friend, or use the resources available. Resources include books and videos in English as well as other languages. Videos may be viewed in the TV/VCR in the room cupboard. The IRC is open whenever the church building is open.
